• Shift: 24/7 on-call coverage; round and go model with call from home

• Experience: At least 5 years of pediatric hospitalist experience, leadership experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists in a hospital setting
• Provide newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
• Conduct circumcisions and deliver expert pediatric consultations, including ER assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical research efforts
• Foster a collaborative environment among team members and across departments
• Engage with a large network of Pediatrix providers to share best practices and enhance care quality

What You Need
Required:

• Ohio medical license and DEA registration
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine
• 5+ years of pediatric hospitalist experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior supervisory or medical director experience
• NICU and newborn nursery experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
