• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of pediatric hospitalist leadership or similar leadership experience

What You ll Do

• Lead a team of Pediatric Hospitalists providing high-quality inpatient pediatric care
• Oversee newborn nursery and NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
• Manage 24/7 on-call coverage on a round-and-go basis from home
• Perform procedures such as circumcisions
• Provide expert pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department
• Collaborate closely with Neonatologists and other providers for coordinated patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
• Engage in team communication and knowledge exchange within a large network of Pediatrix providers

What You Need
Required:

• Active Ohio medical license
• Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics
• Minimum of 3+ years in pediatric hospital medicine, with leadership experience
• Strong communication and team leadership skills

Preferred:

• Experience with neonatal or NICU care
• Prior leadership or directorial experience in hospital medicine
• Commitment to quality improvement and clinical excellence
