- Shift: 24/7 on-call rotation, round and go model, from home
- Hours/Week: Flexible based on schedule

- Licensure/Certifications: Active medical license in Ohio, board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of pediatric hospitalist leadership or similar leadership experience
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: highly competitive packages available; pay discussed upon application)

- Lead a team of Pediatric Hospitalists providing high-quality inpatient pediatric care
- Oversee newborn nursery and NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists
- Manage 24/7 on-call coverage on a round-and-go basis from home
- Perform procedures such as circumcisions
- Provide expert pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department
- Collaborate closely with Neonatologists and other providers for coordinated patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
- Engage in team communication and knowledge exchange within a large network of Pediatrix providers
Required:
- Active Ohio medical license
- Board-certified or eligible in Pediatrics
- Minimum of 3+ years in pediatric hospital medicine, with leadership experience
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
Preferred:
- Experience with neonatal or NICU care
- Prior leadership or directorial experience in hospital medicine
- Commitment to quality improvement and clinical excellence
