JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Board: BC required, Certified
  • Licenses: Licensed in PA
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care, managing patient admissions, discharges, and daily rounds.
  • Perform night shift coverage (7 PM 7 AM) for a patient census of 812 patients per night.
  • Collaborate with swing shift advanced practice providers (APPs) to ensure continuity of care.
  • Perform procedures including intubation, central line placement, chest tube insertion, and ventilation management as needed.
  • Document patient encounters in Cerner EMR and adhere to facility policies including lunch break swipe-out procedures.
