- Manage labor and delivery processes, including emergency interventions
- Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to coordinate patient care
- Document patient encounters accurately within hospital systems
- Participate in quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
- Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and state regulations
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered hospital environment
- Current California Medical License
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- 2+ years of obstetrics/hospitalist experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
