Physician - Hospitalist

Job Details:

Hospitalist medicine position covering blocks of 3-5 days with a typical week-on/week-off schedule

Shift hours are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with no call required

Round on approximately 10-12 patients per day

Daily census ranges from 25-35 patients with approximately 10 daily admissions

Approximately 2 consults per day

Patient population is primarily elderly with low to medium acuity cases

No trauma, no ICU rounding, and no procedures or ventilator management required

45-bed facility with well-staffed support team

Florida APP license required

Hospitalist medicine experience preferred

Clean file required for emergency privileges consideration
