  • Shift: 24-hour shifts, including outpatient clinic work on weekdays and on-call coverage evenings and weekends

  • License/Certifications: Active Oregon medical license, Board Certified/Board Eligible in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB training, ACLS, BLS
  • Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred but not required
  • Pay Rate: $214.50 per hour

What You ll Do
  • Provide overnight OB hospitalist coverage in a high-quality hospital setting
  • Manage labor and delivery, including emergent situations and routine care
  • Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Perform or oversee procedures related to obstetric emergencies
  • Follow hospital protocols and contribute to patient safety initiatives
  • Document patient visits and interventions accurately in the EMR system
  • Participate in hospital shift handoffs and team communications
What You Need
Required:
  • Active Oregon medical license
  • Certification in ACLS and BLS
  • Prior experience in obstetrics, OB hospitalist role preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB training
  • Ability to work independently and handle obstetric emergencies confidently
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach
