Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: this is provided for record-keeping; salary discussed during interview)
• Compensation: Annual base salary ranges from $190,000 to $230,000 depending on experience and training

What You ll Do

• Perform newborn nursery exams and assessments
• Conduct circumcisions and other newborn procedures
• Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, neonatologists, and hospital staff
• Participate in resident and medical student education
• Work with a multidisciplinary team in a Level 3 NICU with 24/7 in-house neonatology coverage
• Utilize comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support, including surgery services
• Engage in collaborative, patient-centered care in a well-supported environment

What You Need

• MD or DO license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
• Prior experience in hospital medicine or newborn care preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, clinical environment
