Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: this is provided for record-keeping; salary discussed during interview)
- Compensation: Annual base salary ranges from $190,000 to $230,000 depending on experience and training

What You ll Do
- Perform newborn nursery exams and assessments
- Conduct circumcisions and other newborn procedures
- Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, neonatologists, and hospital staff
- Participate in resident and medical student education
- Work with a multidisciplinary team in a Level 3 NICU with 24/7 in-house neonatology coverage
- Utilize comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support, including surgery services
- Engage in collaborative, patient-centered care in a well-supported environment
What You Need
- MD or DO license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics
- Prior experience in hospital medicine or newborn care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, clinical environment
