Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $226.20
- Pay Package Includes: Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable
- Benefits: Robust referral bonus program, 24/7 support team dedicated to your success, paid orientation hours at 50% of standard rate, holiday pay at 1.25x
What You ll Do:
- Provide OB and GYN triage and surgical support in a hospital setting
- Manage labor and delivery processes, including emergencies
- Conduct inpatient consults and collaborate with community OB/GYNs and nursing teams
- Support 1,200 births annually in a Level II NICU environment with Stanford medical team backing
- Respond to obstetric and gynecologic emergencies as needed
- Ensure timely, quality patient care throughout your shift
What You Need:
- Valid medical license in California
- Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN or related specialty
- Experience in hospital-based OB and GYN care
- Strong clinical skills with a collaborative approach
