What You ll Do

• Provide immediate OB hospitalist coverage within the facility
• Manage inpatient OB emergencies and routine deliveries
• Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and hospital leadership
• Monitor patient safety and coordinate care within the hospital setting
• Document all patient interactions accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Support the multidisciplinary team in delivering quality patient care

What You Need

• Active medical license in Arizona
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ob/Gyn
• Previous hospitalist and OB experience preferred
• Ability to work 24-hour in-house shifts
• Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently
