- Manage labor and delivery encounters, including emergencies
- Collaborate with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies
- Expedite privileging process with hospital privileges provided
- Participate in on-call and emergency coverage as needed
Required:
- Valid Texas medical license or in-process
- Board certification or eligibility in OB-GYN
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Demonstrated experience in obstetrics
Preferred:
- Prior hospitalist experience
- Familiarity with hospital EMR systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
