- EMR System: EPIC
- Specialty Backup Available: Critical Care, Geriatrics, Palliative Care; Intensivist support during prime hours
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, for urgent needs
- Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
- Board: BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- DEA: Required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Inpatient hospitalist experience; ability to manage ICU-level patients
- Manage inpatient hospitalist caseload of 18+ patients per day
- Provide supervision and direction to Physician Assistants
- Manage basic ICU-level patients including vent management (with intensivist support during prime hours)
- Perform admissions, discharges, and daily rounds
- Participate in a 12-hour shift schedule (days or nights) with 16 shifts per month
