Pay & Benefits
  • Annual Base Pay: $285,120 $380,160, based on shifts worked
  • Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
  • Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: external pay details may differ; pay package discussed upon application)

What You ll Do
  • Provide expert OB/GYN hospitalist care at two major facilities: Swedish Medical Center-First Hill and Swedish Issaquah
  • Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and OB teams with labor and delivery, surgical assistance, and obstetric emergencies
  • Manage obstetric triage and emergency cases such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions
  • Perform routine gynecological procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy, supporting emergency services
  • Participate in teaching OB fellows and residents from OB and family medicine programs
  • Collaborate with a skilled maternal-fetal medicine team in a respectful, collegial setting
  • Maintain documentation, patient safety, and high-quality care during shifts
What You Need
  • Valid OB/GYN license in Washington State or eligible for licensing
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Prior experience in hospital, emergency, or outpatient OB/GYN care preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to handle obstetric emergencies confidently
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
