- License/Certs: Board Certified or Eligible OB/GYN
- Experience: Prior hospitalist or OB practice preferred
- Annual Base Pay: $285,120 $380,160, based on shifts worked
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (note: external pay details may differ; pay package discussed upon application)

- Provide expert OB/GYN hospitalist care at two major facilities: Swedish Medical Center-First Hill and Swedish Issaquah
- Support Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) and OB teams with labor and delivery, surgical assistance, and obstetric emergencies
- Manage obstetric triage and emergency cases such as ectopic pregnancies and torsions
- Perform routine gynecological procedures, including diagnostic laparoscopy, supporting emergency services
- Participate in teaching OB fellows and residents from OB and family medicine programs
- Collaborate with a skilled maternal-fetal medicine team in a respectful, collegial setting
- Maintain documentation, patient safety, and high-quality care during shifts
- Valid OB/GYN license in Washington State or eligible for licensing
- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Prior experience in hospital, emergency, or outpatient OB/GYN care preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to handle obstetric emergencies confidently
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and safety
