What You ll Do

• Provide 24-hour in-house obstetric hospitalist coverage
• Manage OB triage for unassigned patients and private physician requests
• Respond to and manage maternal-fetal medicine patient transports ( 5-6/month)
• Assist in cesarean sections (0-3 cases per month) and outpatient gynecologic emergency evaluations
• Conduct inpatient postpartum and antepartum rounds with MFM specialists
• Coordinate care within a high-acuity setting supported by Level III NICU, 24/7 Neonatology, Anesthesiology, and Pediatric coverage
• Collaborate with the gynecologic surgical on-call service for emergencies
• Deliver comprehensive obstetric care in a multidisciplinary environment

What You Need

• Valid OB-GYN license and certification (Board Certified or Eligible)
• Preferred: Relevant obstetric hospitalist or high-acuity experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a busy hospital setting
• Residency within the immediate local area (relocation may be required)
