- End Date/Duration: Permanent, full-time position
- Shift: 24-Hour in-house coverage (various shifts possible)
- Hours/Week: Full-time (28-40 hours/week)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
- Experience: Recent OB-GYN residency or equivalent
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (please note, actual competitive compensation discussed upon application)
- Additional Pay: $190/hour for extra clinical hours

- Provide 24-hour in-house obstetric hospitalist coverage within a maternal-fetal medicine-led program
- Manage OB triage and private physician requests
- Respond to and transport patients with obstetric needs, including assisting in cesarean sections (average 0-3 cases per month)
- Conduct inpatient postpartum and antepartum rounds
- Collaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists during shared rounding
- Evaluate gynecologic emergencies in the emergency department
- Coordinate care within a high-acuity obstetric environment supported by a Level III NICU
- Work alongside dedicated Neonatology, Pediatric Hospitalist, and Anesthesiology teams
Required:
- Active or eligible CA medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB-GYN
- Residency training in OB-GYN
Preferred:
- Recent OB-GYN experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with high-risk obstetrics or maternal-fetal medicine
