Pay & Benefits:
- Pay rate: $1.00/hour (please note this is illustrative; actual compensation based on salary range)
- Salary Range: $291,000 - $324,000 annually (full-time)
- Bonuses: Potential quality and productivity bonuses

What You ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric care overnight, including labor management, deliveries, postpartum, and triage
- Manage gynecological consults for acute issues during nocturnist shifts
- Respond rapidly to obstetric emergencies, maternal, and fetal complications
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of OB/GYNs and advanced practice providers
- Document all clinical activities within a fully integrated Epic EMR system
- Support quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Mentor residents and APPs as applicable
- Facilitate smooth handoffs with day teams and participate in hospital committees when needed
What You Need:
- Board-certified in OB/GYN with appropriate medical license for Colorado
- Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle emergent obstetric situations efficiently
