- Supportive credentialing assistance
- Lodging and mileage reimbursement
- Flexible scheduling
- Provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients within the hospital setting
- Handle around four patient encounters per 12-hour shift
- Cover evening call duties and respond to any arising patient needs overnight
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Board Certified in Pediatrics
- Active medical license and DEA certification, eligible for IMLC
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Experience in pediatric hospital medicine preferred
- 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with post-shift call from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Minimum of 10-12 shifts required per month
- Potential for additional orientation shifts
- Proficiency in pediatric care and management
- Ability to perform intubation when necessary
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Capability to work effectively under pressure and manage challenging cases
