Practice Details

• Hospital Medicine
• 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
• Level IV Trauma Center
• Average daily census of 9-11 patients
• 12 twelve-hour shifts per month
• Approximately 36 clinical hours per week
• Candidates seeking 10 shifts per month may also be considered
• Flexible scheduling with the ability to stack shifts consecutively
• Low-acuity inpatient environment focused on quality patient care

Compensation

• $200 per hour
• 10% Annual Quality Bonus
• Effective compensation approximately $220 per hour when quality bonus is achieved
• Full-time benefits available at 12 shifts per month
• Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Candidate Parameters

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Hospitalist experience preferred
