Position Type: Contract Hospital Medicine Physician
Position Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospital Medicine Physician to provide on-site hospitalist services at the Fargo VA Health Care System in Fargo, ND. The physician will provide high-quality inpatient medical care to Veterans in accordance with VA standards and the requirements of the Fargo VA Health Care System.

This opportunity offers a competitive rate of $200 $210 per hour with 12-hour shift coverage in a hospital that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
Schedule
Hospitalist services are provided 24/7, including weekends and federal holidays.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Shift Length: 12 hours
• All shifts are in local Fargo time.

Qualifications & Credentialing Requirements
Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospital Medicine as specified by the opportunity. Candidates will also need to provide documentation required for VA credentialing and submission, including:

• Evidence of Board Certification or Board Eligibility
• BLS
• ACLS
• NPI
• OIG Exclusions search results
• Signed Letter of Intent
• Current CV

Required VA Training
Physicians will be required to complete applicable annual VA training, including VA Privacy and Information Security Awareness and Rules of Behavior and Privacy and HIPAA Training.
