Chicago, Illinois: We seek TWO HOSPITALISTS to join a growing physician-led medical group and its expanding inpatient team serving hospital partners in the Chicago area, including Loretto Hospital (west side, 180 beds) and Illinois Masonic Medical Center (north side, 300 beds).Physicians (MD/DO, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained) are encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a growing organization that values engagement, quality care, and operational excellence.Choose the DAY SHIFT schedule you prefer: Traditional 7 on/7 off blocks, or a Monday-Friday schedule. You will manage an average daily census of approximately 25 patients, providing comprehensive inpatient care including admissions, rounding, care coordination, and discharge planning in a fast-paced urban hospital setting.Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy and the opportunity to perform core bedside procedures, including central line placement and intubation, while participating in Rapid Response and Code Blue events.
