Job Details
Schedule: Nocturnist coverage only
Shift Model: Preferred 7-on/7-off rotation; shorter consecutive coverage blocks will be considered
Hours: Nights (7:00p-7:00a)
Setting: Inpatient Hospital Medicine
Admissions: Approximately 12-15 admissions per night
Average Daily Census: Approximately 90 patients across the service
Required Skills: Inpatient admissions, acute care management, cross-coverage, code response, and CCU consultation support
Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Licensure: Tennessee license required
Credentialing: Start upon completion of credentialing
Support: APP and intensivist support available overnight
