Day Hospitalist:
5-7 Admits per day
4-6 Admits per night
17-20 patient census

7on 7off model

Procedures not required but if you are proficient, you an request privs to do them. Radiology runs central lines.

Hospitalist run the Rapids and Codes for the Hospital

Compensation:

• Annual Base Compensation - $300,000 Days / $330,000 Nocturnist
• Extra Shift Compensation for shifts worked over the 14 monthly minimum
• 7 on / 7 off Schedule
• Incentive Compensation Based on WRVU s
• Quality Bonus Potential - 10% of Salary (based on quality metrics)
