Seeking a Hospitalist Athens, OH - August - October dates below: Current dates open :August 8 -13 7a-7pSeptember 4-10 7a-7pSeptember 18 - 24 7a-7pOctober 2 - 8 7a-7pEMR- EPICDaily census- 20-25 daily per teamNightly admissions- Low night admissions (5-10 is a lot and its early in the night)Physician shifts- 7a-7p (2 physicians) and 7p-7a (1 physician) Daily encounters 10-15APP shifts- 7a-7p (2 APPs) Daily encounters 7-10Number of ICU beds- 8 (OPEN ICU)Specialty Coverages- cardiologist, neurologist, OB, PulmonologyProcedures Required- Due to open ICU hospitalists need to be skilled in intubation and preferably central lines. Hospitalists respond to codesThey have 31 med surg beds/private rooms. They can double up if needed.
