• Location: Derry, New Hampshire
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $6,160 - $7,290
• Patient Volume: Approximately 15-22 patients per day, depending on shift and census
• Daily Admissions: 10-12
• Consults: 1-2 per day, including behavioral health and surgical consults
• Support: Open ICU with intensivist involvement and multidisciplinary support

Job Requirements

• Active physician license eligible for practice in New Hampshire
• Minimum 1 year of hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience required
• Comfort managing 18-20+ patient encounters when needed
• Experience working in a busy inpatient setting with ICU rounding preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing, case management, therapy, and specialty teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide timely, high-quality patient care in a fast-moving hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist coverage for adult patients
• Round on patients and manage daily hospital medicine workflow
• Admit patients and coordinate care for a varied underserved patient population
• Round in the ICU as needed in collaboration with intensivist support
• Respond to inpatient consults and coordinate with surgical and behavioral health services
• Work with multidisciplinary support teams including PT, OT, SLP, case management, and respiratory therapy
• Complete orientation and shadow shifts as part of onboarding
• Deliver efficient, patient-centered care while maintaining strong communication across the care team
