Pay & Benefits:
  • Hourly Rate: $207.48/hour

What You ll Do:
  • Provide inpatient care services for patients admitted to the hospital
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Manage up to 10 admits and cross-cover patients as needed overnight
  • Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
  • Support admission and ICU coverage with no discharges during night shift
  • Assist with patient transfers, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies
  • Use clinical judgment to address urgent and emergent needs efficiently

What You Need:
  • Active MD or DO license in Washington State
  • Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience (3+ years preferred)
  • Ability to manage high-acuity cases independently
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • EM privileging can be supported upon request
