Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: actual compensation package discussed upon application)
• Pay package: Competitive annual salary range of $324,000 $360,000

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive in-house obstetric care, including labor management, deliveries, and triage.
• Manage gynecologic consultations and emergent surgeries.
• Collaborate with a Level II-B NICU team caring for neonates from 31 weeks' gestation onward.
• Work with experienced Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs) and OB/GYN backup coverage.
• Use Epic EMR system for seamless patient data management.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergent clinical situations.
• Contribute to patient education and support positive birth outcomes.

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license in Colorado
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules and handle high-acuity cases

Preferred:

• Prior hospitalist experience in OB/GYN
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
