What the role looks like

  • Expect roughly 18-25 patient visits per day
  • Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
  • You'll receive a company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation and communication
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Compensation & benefits

  • Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Paid time off; 401(k) with employer match

  • CME allowance and licensure reimbursement
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE and a professional lab coat

What we're looking for

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

If you're excited by the idea of flexible, meaningful work in skilled nursing and post-acute settings-while partnering with a dedicated clinical team-we'd love to hear from you.
