Job Details
We're looking for a dedicated physician to provide clinical leadership and hands-on care across local skilled nursing facilities in the Holland, Michigan area. This part-time role pairs you with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care residents while providing oversight and guidance within assigned facilities. The position offers excellent scheduling flexibility, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of complex, vulnerable patients.

What the role looks like
- Part-time coverage of skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per week per facility).
- No fixed daily start/end times; schedules are flexible to support work-life balance.
- No on-call or overnight shifts.
- Typical caseload of about 18-25 visits per day.
- You'll work alongside NPs and PAs, offering clinical direction, making treatment decisions, and coordinating care plans.

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Emergency Medicine.
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
