Job Details
Join a collaborative team providing high-quality medical care across skilled nursing facilities in and around Grayling, Michigan. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful patient interactions, and the chance to lead clinical care alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. You'll serve as the attending physician and medical director within assigned facilities, helping shape post-acute and long-term care for residents.

Where you could work
- Local Michigan opportunities include: Bad Axe, East Jordan, Holland, Houghton Lake, Manistique, Mount Pleasant, Ovid, St. Joseph, and Temperance.
- Additional facility openings nationwide in: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
What the role looks like
- Part-time coverage of skilled nursing facilities (typically 1-2 days per week per facility)
- No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no call responsibilities
- Expect to complete about 18-25 visits per day
- Work closely with NPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care
