Job Details

Join a team dedicated to exceptional care for post-acute and long-term patients across skilled nursing facilities in Goldsboro, North Carolina. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative practice environment, and the chance to lead clinically while directly improving patient outcomes. You'll work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care and oversee clinical operations within assigned facilities.

Opportunities also available in: Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

Position highlights:
  • Part-time work covering local skilled nursing facilities
  • Typical coverage: 1-2 days per week at each facility
  • No fixed daily start/end times and no overnight shifts
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • Average patient volume: 18-25 visits per day
  • Schedule flexibility designed to support work-life balance
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation

Requirements:
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
