Job Details
We are hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a facility-based inpatient/post-acute care team in Springfield, MA.

Schedule
- Full-time Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No weekends, no call
- Part-time and PRN opportunities available
Practice Setting & Responsibilities
- Facility-based inpatient/post-acute care (skilled nursing, long-term care)
- Manage medically complex patients, coordinate transitions of care, and provide longitudinal care within assigned facilities
- Work with an interdisciplinary team; maintain high clinical autonomy with strong support
- Travel between assigned facilities as required
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base compensation $200,000-$500,000+; most full-time physicians earn $300,000-$500,000

Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or related specialty
- Active, unrestricted MA medical license or eligibility for licensure
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, ability to manage complex patients, and effective communication/collaboration skills
