Overview
Provide clinical leadership and deliver patient-centered medical care across local skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients.

Overview
Provide clinical leadership and deliver patient-centered medical care across local skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as attending physician for assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Oversee clinical care provided by APPs and staff; provide medical oversight and direction
- Conduct 18-25 patient visits per day across facilities
- Document care using company-provided iPad with LTE
- Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives as needed
Schedule
- Part-time; physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
- No fixed start/end times, no overnight shifts, no on-call responsibilities
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply
