Position summary
Provide part-time clinical oversight and attend to post-acute and long-term care patients at local skilled nursing facilities. Work alongside Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

Position summary
Provide part-time clinical oversight and attend to post-acute and long-term care patients at local skilled nursing facilities. Work alongside Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as attending physician for assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and medical decision-making
- Perform on-site patient visits (admissions, follow-ups, transfer reviews, rounds)
- Coordinate care plans with facility staff and advanced practice providers
- Document encounters using company-provided iPad with LTE
Schedule and workload
- Part-time: typically 1-2 days per facility per week
- No fixed daily start/end times; flexible scheduling
- No call, no overnight shifts
- Typical volume: 18-25 visits per day

Qualifications
- MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply
