Job Details
We're looking for a dedicated Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide high-quality care at skilled nursing facilities in Gallaway and Tiptonville, Tennessee. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the chance to make a real difference for post-acute and long-term care patients.
You'll work alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants to deliver patient-centered care while serving as the clinical lead and providing oversight at your assigned facilities. Physicians typically cover each site 1-2 days per week, with no fixed start or end times, no call, and no overnight shifts-helping you maintain a strong work-life balance.

Locations: Primarily serving Tiptonville and Gallaway, Tennessee, with additional opportunities nationwide in Georgia, Kansas, Illinois, Louisiana, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

What you can expect:
- Part-time schedule with flexible days on-site (usually 1-2 days per facility per week)
- Typical daily patient volume of 18-25 visits
- Support from NPs and PAs and a collaborative, team-based culture
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
