  • Performance-based bonus program
  • Paid time off and 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible physicians
  • Employer-paid life insurance and short- and long-term disability coverage for eligible physicians
  • CME allowance and licensure reimbursement
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE and a professional lab coat

Qualifications:
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
  • A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

If you're interested in a flexible, impactful role in post-acute care and enjoy working with an experienced interdisciplinary team, we'd love to hear from you.
