Job Details

Join a team caring for post-acute and long-term care patients across skilled nursing facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative practice model, and the chance to provide meaningful clinical leadership while working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. You'll oversee patient care within assigned facilities, ensure high-quality, patient-centered management, and support the clinical team through hands-on leadership.

What the schedule looks like
  • Physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week, with no fixed start or end times.
  • No call responsibilities and no overnight shifts.
  • Expect about 18-25 patient visits per day.
  • The schedule is designed to support a healthy work-life balance.

Who should apply
  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
