Location: Haverhill and Newport/North Haverhill, New Hampshire (part-time)

Overview
Provide clinical leadership and attendingship across local skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Work collaboratively with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical visits, assessments, and care planning for skilled nursing facility residents
  • Supervise and collaborate with NPs/PAs, providing clinical oversight and guidance
  • Document encounters and coordinate with facility staff and families
  • Participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities as required

Schedule & Clinical Volume
  • Part-time; typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
  • No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts
  • Typical daily volume: 18-25 visits
  • Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with an active unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply
