In this full-time role you'll provide clinical leadership and attendingship while working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage post-acute and long-term care patients. What the role looks like day-to-day
- Cover local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1-2 days per week at each site
- Manage roughly 18-25 visits per day, focusing on thorough, efficient care
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership within your assigned facilities while collaborating closely with NPs and PAs
- No overnight shifts, no on-call responsibilities, and no set daily start/end times-schedule flexibility to fit your life
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation and communication

- Primary opportunity in Dowagiac, Michigan
- Additional facility opportunities available in Howell and Traverse City, MI, and other sites in Kansas, Missouri, North Carolina, and Wisconsin
Compensation and benefits

Who we're looking for
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care; new graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply
