Location: Bad Axe, Michigan (additional facility opportunities statewide and nationwide)

Overview
Provide part-time medical direction and attending physician services at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver clinical oversight and patient-centered post-acute care.

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Provide attending physician services and clinical leadership in assigned skilled nursing facilities
  • Partner with advanced practice clinicians for admissions, rounds, progress notes, and care planning
  • Perform 18-25 patient visits per day (typical)
  • Ensure quality documentation and regulatory compliance

Schedule and Practice Model
  • Part-time; physicians usually cover each facility 1-2 days per week
  • No fixed daily start/end times; flexible scheduling
  • No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities
  • Company provides iPad with LTE for documentation

Qualifications
  • MD or DO with unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
  • New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply
