Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to residents of local skilled nursing facilities in and around Carlinville, IL. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, meaningful clinical work with post-acute and long-term care patients, and the chance to work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants while providing clinical leadership and oversight at assigned facilities.

What this role looks like:
- Part-time coverage for skilled nursing facilities-typically 1-2 days per week at each site
- No fixed start or end times, no call, and no overnight shifts
- Daily patient volume typically ranges from 18-25 visits
- Work closely with NPs and PAs to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply

Who we're looking for:
- MD or DO with an unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
