Job Details

We're looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join a growing post-acute care team in St. Albans, VT. This full-time, facility-based inpatient position is designed for a great work-life balance: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with no weekends and no on-call responsibilities. Part-time and PRN arrangements are also available. Additional opportunities exist in Burlington, VT; Hyannis, MA; and North Conway, NH.

  • Guaranteed pay range $200,000-$500,000+; most full-time physicians earn between $300,000-$500,000 annually

What we're looking for
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or a related specialty
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain one) and DEA registration (or eligibility)
  • Experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing medically complex patients
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Ability to travel between assigned facilities when needed
