Join a growing post-acute care team in Burlington, VT, as a facility-based inpatient physician serving hospitalized and post-acute patients. This full-time role offers an exceptional work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule (9:00 AM-5:00 PM), no weekends, and no call. Additional openings are available in Burlington and St. Albans.

Position highlights:
- Facility-based inpatient/post-acute care practice
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule; no weekends or call
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities

Compensation & benefits:
- Guaranteed compensation range $200,000-$500,000+, with most full-time physicians earning $300,000-$500,000

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, or related specialty
- Active, unrestricted state medical license or eligibility to obtain one; DEA registration or eligibility
- Preferred experience in hospital medicine, post-acute care, skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or internal medicine
- Strong clinical judgment managing medically complex patients
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to travel between assigned facilities as needed
