Provide medical oversight and direct patient care for post-acute and long-term care residents across skilled nursing facilities in Jesup, GA, partnering with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Location
- Primary: Jesup, Georgia
- Additional facility opportunities: Bainbridge and Twin City, Georgia
- Nationwide openings also available in: IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, WI
Schedule & Scope
- Part-time; physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week
- No fixed start/end times, no call, no overnight shifts
- Average daily census: 18-25 visits
- Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance
- Company-provided iPad with LTE for documentation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attending physician services and clinical leadership within assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with NPs/PAs on care plans, admissions, discharges, and acute issues
- Perform regular patient evaluations, medication management, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and support on-site clinical teams as needed

Qualifications
- MD or DO with active unrestricted U.S. license or eligibility for licensure
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure encouraged to apply
