What the role looks like
- Schedule: 7-on / 7-off blocks, assigned to one of two local hospitals per week.
- Day shift (rounding): 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
- Admitting "swing" shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
- You should be willing to rotate between day and swing shifts. There are no required overnight shifts.
- Extra shifts are available for those who want to increase earnings.

Compensation & benefits
- Competitive base salary, estimated $260,000-$315,000+ depending on experience and shift participation.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to compassionate, team-based care.
