Position Overview:
- Hospitalists work a 7-on /7-off schedule, assigned to one of two local hospitals for each weekly block.
- Rounding Day Shift: 7:00 AM- 7:00 PM
- Admitting "Swing" Shift:1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Candidates must be willingto rotate between both shifts.
- No required overnightshifts.
- Additional shifts areavailable for those who desire extra income.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary:Estimated range $260,000 - $315,000+ depending on experience and shiftparticipation

Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school
- Completion of an InternalMedicine or Family Medicine residency
- Board-Certified orBoard-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Massachusettsmedical licensure
- Strong clinical judgment,interpersonal skills, and a commitment to compassionate patient care
- Ability to thrive in acollaborative, team-oriented environment
