We are seeking a dedicated full-time Attending Physician to provide exceptional, patient-centered care toresidents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Lima, Ohio area. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a physician seeking clinical autonomy,a collaborative care model, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on thehealth and well-being of older adults. As the Attending Physician,you will oversee the medical care of assigned residents, partner closely withNurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and help drive qualityinitiatives that improve patient outcomes while enjoying a schedule free from on-calland overnight responsibilities.

- Full-time position with flexiblescheduling
- No fixed start or end times
- No call or overnightresponsibilities
- Serve as the AttendingPhysician for residents in assigned skilled nursing facilities
- Collaborate with NPs/PAs toprovide comprehensive, team-based care and clinical oversight
- Diagnose and treat acute andchronic medical conditions while developing individualized care plans
- Participate in Chronic CareManagement, Transitional Care Management, Remote Patient Monitoring, and otherquality improvement initiatives
- Streamlined documentationwith an intuitive EHR, voice dictation, AI-powered scribe technology, andaccess to UpToDate for real-time clinical decision support
