Medstaff National Medical Staffing is seeking qualified Hospitalist Physicians for opportunities throughout the United States. We connect physicians with hospitals and healthcare systems seeking dependable, experienced providers for a variety of coverage needs.
Position Highlights
- Hospitalist physician opportunities available in locations across the USA
- Manage the care of adult hospitalized patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Coordinate patient care, admissions, discharges, and consultations as appropriate
- Opportunities may include a variety of schedules, shifts, and assignment lengths depending on facility needs
- Competitive compensation based on location, experience, specialty requirements, and assignment details
We make the process of accepting a new assignment as simple as possible by assisting with:
- Travel: Coordination and support for travel arrangements
- Credentialing: Assistance with the hospital credentialing and privileging process
- Licensing: Support with obtaining and maintaining required state medical licenses
- Certifications: Assistance with required certifications and documentation
- Dedicated staffing support throughout the assignment process
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, as applicable
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of assignment
- Current, unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain one
- Current required certifications
- Hospitalist or inpatient medicine experience preferred
- U.S. Citizenship Required
