Opportunity:
Physician - Hospitalist
Job Details:
Hospitalist position with multiple shift options available including swing shift (5:00 PM to 1:00 AM with extension to 5:00 AM), nocturnist (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM), and daytime hospitalist (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
No call coverage required
Round on 18-22 patients per day
Daily census of 140-160 patients with approximately 25-30 admissions per 24-hour period
Round in open ICU setting
Manage follow-up cases as inpatients
No ventilator management or procedures required
Diverse patient population in an acute hospital setting
Experienced hospitalist candidates preferred
1 day of orientation/shadow plus 1 additional shadow day required

The facility supports a wide range of specialties and maintains a robust support staff structure, providing comprehensive inpatient care in an acute hospital setting with an open ICU.
