Nurse Practitioner - Hospitalist
Job Details:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide hospitalist coverage with availability for November 25th & November 26th (9:00 AM - 7:00 PM), with potential for future dates
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Average admissions per day: 3
Average patients per day: 5 - 7
Average Med/Surg & ICU census: 10 - 13
Patient Rooms: 19 ICU Rooms: 4
Support staffing includes 4 - 5 RNs in Med/Surg, 2 aides, and 1 - 2 RNs in ICU
EMR: EPIC
Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
Required licenses and certifications: Oregon medical license, BLS, ACLS, and either Family or Adult NP certification
Minimum of 1 year of experience required
This position does not require completion of patient procedures

This is a Critical Access Hospital providing essential inpatient medical services to its community.
