PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Must be comfortable performing the procedures selected on the Delineation of Privileges form

• Flu vaccination must be from the current year

• Proof of completed Continuing Medical Education for the previous two years or a completed Continuing Medical Education attestation form is required

• Virginia medical license, board certification, active Virginia DEA, and CSR, if required, must be in hand at presentation

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Intubation

• Must provide proof of five successful intubation cases completed within the last two years

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

• Residency: Completed Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency

• License: Active, unrestricted Virginia medical license

• Board: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• DEA: Active DEA with a Virginia address and schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5

• CSR: Active CSR if required

• Certification: ACLS required

• Experience: Minimum of two years of current clinical experience

• Case Logs: Two years of current clinical experience must be documented through case logs
