Pay & Benefits

• Compensation: $312,000 - $438,000 annually (based on hours)
• Additional Compensation: Medical Director stipend of $25,000

What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient OB and GYN care including triage, surgeries, labor, and delivery management
• Handle obstetric and gynecologic emergencies in a Level II NICU environment
• Collaborate with hospital and community healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care
• Assist with developing workflow and clinical protocols within a new program
• Lead or participate in maternity and gynecologic case management as part of a dedicated team
• Support hospital initiatives aimed at high-quality women s health services

What You Need
Required:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in OB-GYN
• Strong clinical judgment with team-based care skills
• License to practice in California

Preferred:

• Leadership or medical director experience
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment and shape new clinical protocols
